These Partner Terms of Service govern the relationship between MeatsFresh and its vendor partners. By registering as a partner, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement.

1. Eligibility & Licensing

All partners must meet the following requirements:

• Valid FSSAI license with current registration
• Registered business entity with proper documentation
• Compliance with local health and safety regulations
• Adequate fresh meat storage and refrigeration facilities
• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in meat retail

2. Quality Standards

Partners must maintain the highest quality standards:

• Maintain fresh delivery integrity at all times (0-4°C)
• Use only MeatsFresh-approved vacuum seal packaging
• Ensure all products are fresh and within expiry dates
• Pass quarterly quality audits conducted by our team
• Maintain hygiene scores above 90% at all times

3. Commission Structure

MeatsFresh operates on a flexible, category-specific commission model:

• Category-Based Commission: Calculated dynamically based on product categories (e.g. fresh meat, poultry, seafood)
• City-Based Rates: Commission rates vary based on operating city and localized market tiers
• Elite partners: Eligible for reduced, volume-optimized commission rates
• Weekly settlements every Monday via automated transfer
• No hidden fees or surprise deductions
• Detailed transaction breakdown available in partner dashboard

4. Order Fulfillment

Partners must prepare orders within 30 minutes of acceptance. Late fulfillment may result in penalties or temporary suspension. All orders must be ready for pickup by our delivery partners within the committed timeframe. Partners are responsible for accurate weight measurements and proper packaging of all items.

5. Termination Policy

MeatsFresh reserves the right to terminate partnerships under the following conditions:

• Violation of food safety or hygiene standards
• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation of products
• Consistent customer complaints or poor ratings
• Failure to maintain required licenses and certifications
• Breach of exclusivity or non-compete clauses

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice.

6. Liability & Insurance

Partners are solely responsible for the quality and safety of products supplied. MeatsFresh is not liable for any health issues arising from partner-supplied products. Partners must maintain adequate product liability insurance with minimum coverage of ₹10 lakhs. All claims related to product quality will be the partner's responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

Partners grant MeatsFresh the right to use their business name, logo, and product images for marketing purposes on the platform. All MeatsFresh branding, trademarks, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of MeatsFresh. Partners may not use MeatsFresh branding outside the platform without written permission.
